At Moh Maya by Disha Khatri, we take pride in the quality and presentation of our jewellery. We want you to be happy with your purchase and have therefore established the following return and refund policy.
Return Eligibility
Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery of the order.
A return request will only be considered when there is a valid reason, such as:
- The product received is incorrect.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The product received is significantly different from what was ordered.
- Another genuine issue that is accepted by our team upon review.
All return requests must be submitted by email to support@mohmayabydishakhatri.com within 7 days of delivery.
Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- The product should be returned with its original packaging, tags and accompanying materials, wherever applicable.
- Proof of purchase/order details must be provided.
- Products showing signs of wear, misuse, alteration or damage caused after delivery may not be eligible for return.
We may request photographs or videos of the product to assess the return request before approving it.
Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method or another appropriate mode communicated by our team.
Shipping charges, where applicable, may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error or issue attributable to us.
Non-Returnable Circumstances
Returns may not be accepted for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Products that have been worn, altered or damaged by the customer.
- Products without sufficient proof of purchase.
- Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery.
- Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery.
How to Request a Return
Please email support@mohmayabydishakhatri.com with:
- Order number.
- Name and contact details used for the order.
- Reason for the return.
- Photographs/videos of the product, if applicable.
Our team will review the request and respond with the next steps.
Minimum Order Value
The minimum order value on our website is ₹2,000.
Moh Maya by Disha Khatri reserves the right to review individual return requests and determine eligibility based on the circumstances and condition of the product.
