Minimum Order Value
The minimum order value for purchases on our website is ₹2,000.
Orders below the minimum order value cannot be placed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the applicable shipping and tracking information.

We aim to deliver orders within the estimated delivery period communicated at the time of purchase or dispatch.

Damaged Packages
If your package appears damaged, tampered with or compromised at the time of delivery, please take clear photographs and/or videos of the package and product as evidence.
If the product has been damaged during shipping and proper proof is provided, we will assess the claim and, where approved, send a replacement product. Please contact us at support@mohmayabydishakhatri.com as soon as possible after receiving the damaged package.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please contact us at support@mohmayabydishakhatri.com with your order details and photographs/videos of the package and products received.
Our team will review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution.
Delivery Delays
While we work with our logistics partners to ensure timely delivery, Mohmaya by Disha Khatri cannot guarantee delivery timelines in circumstances outside our control.
