Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

1. Each purchase comes with a hassle-free 5-day return policy.
2. If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 5 days to return it for a full refund, product exchange, or store credit (valid for 3 months), except in the case of custom orders.
3. Any returned item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags still attached.

Steps to Make a Return

2. Keep the piece you wish to return ready, along with the original tags and packaging.
3. We will arrange for a return pickup—simply hand over the package to the delivery executive.
4. Once we receive the returned product at our warehouse, we will process your refund, issue store credit, or dispatch the replacement/exchanged product, as requested.
