All our products are handcrafted by Indian artisans, hence it might have slight irregularities which only add to its beauty.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURN OR REFUND REQUESTS ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED. WE ONLY OFFER EXCHANGE AND CREDIT NOTES under special circumstances, which can ONLY be redeemed on Moh-Maya’s Website.
MOH-MAYA accepts Exchanges ONLY if:
The product(s) delivered is different from the original order.
The product(s) delivered arrived damaged.
The product has missing parts.
The product has quality issues.
Others
In such cases, customers need to initiate exchanges directly via this link within 7 days of delivery. Post 7 days, no requests for exchange will be entertained.
PLEASE NOTE:
Customised orders and items on sale are NOT ELIGIBLE for exchange.
Promotional offers CANNOT be applied to Exchange orders/Credit Notes.
No returns shall be accepted on products purchased from third-party websites or physical stores.
Moh-Maya holds the right to accept or reject any exchange or repair request at its sole discretion.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We only exchange products and do not offer refunds if the customer doesn’t like the product(s).
The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery through the exchange link.
Customised orders and items on sale are NOT ELIGIBLE for exchange.
A product can be exchanged only ONCE per order.
The product must be unused and untampered to be eligible. Used products will be returned, and the exchange rejected.
Exchange shipments may take 15–20 days including pickup, quality check, and re-shipping.
We do not offer discounts on exchange orders.
Customers must bear ₹500/- (pickup & re-shipping) charges for PAN India exchanges.
For “Claim Credit – Shop Later” returns, a pickup fee of ₹250/- will apply.
International orders are NOT ELIGIBLE for exchange.
Credit notes will cover product value only, not shipping charges. Credit is redeemable only on our website.

LOST SHIPMENTS
If a shipment is lost, a replacement or credit note will be issued after verifying with the courier partner (within 7 business days).
If the package is marked “delivered” but not received, contact akeyaofficial@gmail.com within 24 hours for investigation.
REPAIR POLICY – INDIA
We are happy to repair accidentally damaged jewelry items.
1-month free repair warranty: only pickup & re-shipping charges of ₹500/- apply.
Post 1 month: ₹500/- + actual repair charges based on inspection.
Repairs must be requested within 6 months of delivery by emailing: akeyaofficial@gmail.com
Repairs are subject to design feasibility.
STEPS TO FOLLOW FOR EXCHANGE & REPAIR
For Exchange:
Visit https://www.amama.in/apps/return_prime within 7 days of delivery.
For Repair:
Email us at akeyaofficial@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and product picture.
Our team will review and confirm if the request is approved.
The product must be packed in the same packaging and sent to our billing address.
Shipping / Reverse pick-up / Re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Exchanged or repaired items will be shipped post-quality check.
